His passion for innovative design solutions and process has enabled him to became a system matter expert in color, web-based PLM and licensing partnerships. Throughout his career Davis has made it a priority to be involved in the recruitment, development and mentorship of young designers and talent. As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, Davis highlighted the need for pronoun education and awareness training focusing on creating an inclusive space and re-thinking gender in retail from a non-binary perspective.
