In spring 2019, Davis was promoted to associate designer on the licensing brand ELLE, synonymous with the magazine. The brand's vision represented the ultimate in polished femininity. While working on the brand, Davis gained design knowledge by partnering with the global sweater team to unlock the world of fully-fashioned knitwear. Collaborating heavily with domestic vendors, Davis worked closely on seasonal fabric development and tested new silhouettes to update a proven bottoms business. By launching a relationship with GIII, famous for their dress market intel, ELLE was able to experiment with elevated styling to excite younger customers. In celebration of the magazine's 75th anniversary, ELLE collaborated with BOSSBABE on a capsule collection launching in November 2020.
