Managing women’s knit tops and tees, Davis re-launched one of Gap Inc.’s highest revenue program, the “Everywear Tee” selling more than $100 million annually. During his tenure, Davis also developed a fabric franchise strategy to expand the “First Layers” category into fashion basic silhouettes including “the million-dollar tank.” Working with a hand-selected group of diverse design talent, he created Old Navy’s first genderful clothing collection to celebrate 2023 LGBTQ+ Pride Month. Davis collaborated across the entire womenswear department to design monthly fast-to-market collection drops featured in the brand’s front-of-store merchandising and marketing strategy. Partnering with fabric research and development teams, he also drove strategy to incorporate sustainably sourced fabrics from Central America into core programs to reduce lead times and affect fabric commitment strategies to react to business and demand.
